Lois Crittenden Magee

1929-2008

Lois Crittenden Magee, 79, of McComb, died April 11, 2008, at Camellia Estates in McComb. Visitation is noon Saturday at Jones Family Funeral services in McComb until services there at 2 p.m. The Rev. Donald Dick will officiate. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery.

Mrs. Magee was born March 2, 1929, in McComb, to John L. and Myrtle Davis Crittenden. She was a homemaker and a member of South McComb Baptist Church. Mrs. Magee was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ottis Magee; and a sister, Carrie Covington.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Bob Maddox of McComb; a sister, Louise Cowart of Smithdale; three brothers, Lynn Crittenden Jr., Benny Crittenden and Charlie Crittenden of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren, Kim Dorr and husband Mitch of McComb and Kori Murray and husband Kevin of Baton Rouge; two great-grandchildren, Anna Klaire Dorr and Corey Dorr; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mitch Dorr, Kevin Murray, Donald Dick, C.E Craft, Jim Everett and Jamie Everett.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, P.O. Box 2178, Ridgeland, MS 39158.
