Richard Clay Degler

1949-2007

Graveside services were 10:30 a.m. today in Hollywood Cemetery, with Dr. Lane Stephenson officiating.

Mr. Degler was born April 10, 1949, in Indiana. He was the son of the late Richard Taylor Degler and Dorothy "Dottie" Nightlinger Degler. Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb is in charge of arrangements.

He was a former sales representative. He was a member of J.J. White Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Raina and Jim McClure of Oxford; one sister and brother-in-law, Teri and Dr. Martin Newcomb of Jackson; and two grandchildren, Jack and John Reece McClure of Oxford.

I have lost contact with her.  A friend  of mine's dad also passed away the same day, so as I was looking for the arrangements , I found Mr.Degler's name.
