Mercedes Marion Chastant, 87, of McComb, died Dec. 17, 2006, at Aston Court Retirement Community.
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. Wednesday until services there at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Larry Wallace officiating. Graveside services are 2 p.m. Wednesday in Biloxi Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 16, 1919, in Biloxi. She was the daughter of the late Billy Marion and Harriet Baker Marion Ford.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Anita Wilkinson of McComb; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and James Bombard of Tyler, Texas; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and three caregivers, Hazel White, Ella Mae White and Rosalyn Luckett, all of McComb.
