Visitation is today at Line Creek Baptist Church until services at 2 p.m. with Dr. David Millican officiating. Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery. Jones Family Funeral Home in McComb is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Brown was born July 18, 1953, in Louisiana, the son of Marvin Fletcher Brown Sr. and Cecilia Martley Brown. He was a former mill operator for Lea’s Milling Co., and was a member of Line Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Earl Brown, Curtis Brown and Marvin Brown Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Emily Travis Brown of Osyka; one son, Henry Brown of Osyka; one daughter, Scarlett Brown of Osyka; one brother, Hugh Brown of Dayton, Texas; his mother-in-law, Juanita Travis of McComb; and numerous nieces and nephews.
